if for some reason you first download 4.9 and there is a weird grey/black cast over the images you will need to change a small setting.

to get the desired affect shown in the photos, you WILL need the optional shaders/textures + FULL BLOOM.

the reshade does include additional shaders (optional) which I have included in the file package + the FULL BLOOM MULTILUT by key commands:.
